Can a teacher see fee records?

No. Finance and payroll are locked to the owner and the accountant. The teacher portal has no fee screen.

Scholarships, and sitting an exam with dues?

A merit scholarship of 25% is set per student, and a partial payment is accepted. An exam-eligibility override is allowed and logged against a name.

How long to move off Excel?
